We are delighted to offer Worldwide Shipping. Whether you reside in Ireland, Europe, North America, or beyond, we utilize reliable international carrier DHL Express Worldwide to ensure your handcrafted piece arrives securely.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES: PRODUCTION VS. TRANSIT

Because of the artisanal nature of our brand, your total delivery time is calculated in two parts: Production/Processing Time + Transit Time.

Please note that our highly complex, exclusive models are crafted by hand, and production timelines depend on the specific design complexity and our artisans' current workload.

1. Ready-to-Ship Items These are finished, ready-to-wear pieces available for immediate dispatch.

  • Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days.
  • Transit Time (Ireland): 1 to 3 business days.
  • Transit Time (International): 2 to 5 business days (DHL Express Worldwide).

2. Custom Orders – Modification of an Existing Design This applies when a finished model is being adjusted or tailored to your specific physical parameters (e.g., sizing adjustments or minor design customizations).

  • Production/Processing Time: 3 to 15 business days.
  • Transit Time (Ireland): 1 to 3 business days.
  • Transit Time (International): 2 to 5 business days (DHL Express Worldwide).

3. Bespoke Orders – New Handmade Creation This applies when a new garment is handcrafted from the very beginning based on an existing design or a completely new bespoke request.

  • Production Time: 15 to 60 business days. (Please note: Highly complex exclusive pieces may require up to 180 days for completion. Your dedicated consultant will confirm the exact timeline with you during the consultation phase).
  • Transit Time (Ireland): 1 to 3 business days.
  • Transit Time (International): 2 to 5 business days (DHL Express Worldwide).

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES (DDP)

To provide you with a seamless and truly luxurious shopping experience, CRÓISE IRELAND strives to offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping for our international clients wherever possible. This means that we cover all applicable customs duties and import taxes within the final purchase price of your garment.

When you complete your purchase, there will be no surprise fees or hidden customs charges upon delivery. Please note: For certain specific international territories where DDP is not supported by our courier network, local customs duties may apply. Any such exceptions will be clearly communicated to you at checkout or by our team prior to dispatch.

ORDER TRACKING AND INSURANCE

Given the exclusivity and value of our handcrafted pieces, every CRÓISE IRELAND shipment is fully insured against loss or damage in transit. Once your order has been dispatched from our atelier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package's journey to your destination.

  • During peak seasons or global fashion events, processing and production times may be slightly extended.
