All of our pieces are designed and produced in Ireland using natural, premium materials. We specialize in handcrafted Irish lace garments created using traditional crochet and knitting techniques. Each piece is individually crafted to ensure the highest quality.

To ensure the longevity of your handcrafted garment, please follow these care instructions:

• Cleaning: Dry cleaning is the most delicate and recommended. Such cleaning is the least harmful to the fabric and the structure of the yarn, even with frequent use.
• Washing: Hand washing without active powder is strongly recommended. The water temperature should be up to 30 degrees Celsius for gentle cleaning.
• Drying: The washed wet item is recommended to dry on a flat surface, spreading it evenly on a clean, dry towel. Any type of manual, mechanical or other wringing is not recommended.
• Ironing: The maximum permissible ironing temperature is the minimum on the iron settings (for silk and other delicate fabrics). It is also permissible to use steaming without ironing.

The individual measurements can be taken using a tape, or you can use the service of any professional atelier. If you are unsure, you may contact us before placing your order for guidance.

Each custom piece is individually handcrafted to your measurements and preferences. You can submit your request form, and we will review your measurements and design notes before confirming final details and timeline.

Due to the intricate handcrafted nature of our garments, timelines vary. Custom orders generally take 6-29 days for modifications, and 14-77 days for new copies. Timelines are subject to change based on the level of complexity.

Custom orders proceed only after all details are agreed and full payment is made via draft order sent over email. Once payment is confirmed, production begins.
